ANODIZE FINISH & COLOR VARIATION DISCLAIMER
At XTS, we produce precision-engineered aluminum components, including handguards, small parts, and lightweight bolt carrier groups — all designed for performance and reliability. Many of these parts are finished with MIL-SPEC Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodizing, offering exceptional wear resistance and corrosion protection.
Please note: Due to the nature of the anodizing process, color variation is completely normal and expected. Even when finished to identical specifications, factors such as part geometry, dye absorption, surface prep, and even slight variations in aluminum alloy batches can result in visible differences in tone, sheen, or texture from part to part.
This is especially noticeable with vibrant colors like reds, blues, and greens, but may also occur in black under certain lighting conditions. These visual variations are purely cosmetic and have no impact on performance or durability.
This phenomenon is not unique to XTS — color variation in anodized aluminum is common across the firearms industry, including among well-known manufacturers. We work closely with our anodizing partners to maintain consistency, but we do not guarantee exact color matches between parts, even within the same color family.
If your build requires an extremely tight visual match, we recommend purchasing matching parts at the same time or exploring Cerakote as a finishing option.

Knife/Sword Finishes
All knives are photographed in-house under controlled lighting to ensure accurate color representation. We carefully select images that best reflect the true finish of each knife. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting environments, and the natural differences between anodized parts, the color of your knife may appear slightly different in person than it does on your screen.
Warranty of Products
At DMA-inc., we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. To ensure our customers are taken care of, we provide the following warranty coverage for XTS products:
Electronic XTS Products – Covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
All Other Products – Backed by a 30-Day Warranty from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a warranty replacement, products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals, unless the item was damaged or compromised in transit to the customer.
If you believe your item qualifies for a replacement under warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, DMA-inc. offers a straightforward return and replacement process.
Defective Products: If your product is defective and the total value exceeds $10, the item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Return Shipping: We do not provide call tags or prepaid return labels. However, customers are welcome to return items using their preferred shipping method or account (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
Please ensure all returns include:
- A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation
- The product in its original packaging (unless damaged during transit)
- Any included accessories or manuals
