Refund and Returns Policy

D.M.A. Inc offers the following warranties:

XTS branded electronic devices such as Dot Sights, Flashlights, Lasers, and or Scopes have a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. In the unfortunate event that you, or your customer experiences a manufactures defect with an XTS Branded electronic device within 1 year of purchase, simply contact the D.M.A. Customer Service department for assistance.

Individual, XTS Branded firearms parts and accessories, have a Lifetime Warranty. Should you or your customer experience a manufactures defect with an XTS Branded firearms accessory, simply contact the D.M.A. Customer Service department for assistance.

XTS Complete Upper Assembly’s all come with a 30 day warranty covering assembly issues. We take extra quality control measures to ensure the quality of all of our builds, however if an assembly issue arises within the first 30 days, please contact our customer service team for a solution. The individual XTS components that make up the complete upper receiver will be covered under the warranties expressed above.

Camera’s and DVR’s: All camera’s and DVR’s sold by D.M.A. are covered under a 2 year warranty. If there is a problem with one of our camera’s or DVR’s, please contact your sales rep for assistance with the return.

With the exception of crossbows, and spray defense weapons all other products offered through our catalog, or on the D.M.A. website are protected by a 30 day defect warranty. In the unfortunate event that one of our products fails within 30 days of purchase due to a manufactures defect, D.M.A. will accept the return, and either replace the item, or issue a credit to your account in the amount of the purchased price if the item is not currently available in our inventory. Please contact your sales rep for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any warranties on crossbows, and pepper sprays.

NON DAMAGED RETURNS In the event you wish to return a non damaged item within 7 days of purchase, please contact one of our customer service representatives for a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA). You may then return any unused item for a full refund of the purchased price provided the following qualifications are met.

1. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid.

2. The returned merchandise must be saleable in the original carton with all the packing materials included.

3. You must enclose your invoice number and a copy of the RMA number. Returns that arrive without an RMA number will be refused.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the approval of our quality control personnel. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service, or similarly insured parcel post when returning merchandise.

Normal wear and tear, and or damage caused by the end user will not be covered by any D.M.A. warranty.

D.M.A. will only pay for return shipping fees in the event that an incorrect item was sent to you.
