At DMA-inc, we stand behind the quality of the products we distribute and are committed to fair, transparent support for our wholesale customers. This policy outlines warranty coverage and return procedures.


Electronic Product Warranty (1 Year)

All electronic items distributed by DMA-inc, including but not limited to:

  • Scopes
  • Optics (red dots, holographic sights, etc.)
  • Weapon lights
  • Lasers

are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures under normal, intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Accidental or impact damage
  • Water damage unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof

Warranty claims may be handled through DMA-inc or directly through the manufacturer, depending on the product and brand.


Non-Electronic Products — 30-Day Defect Return

All non-electronic products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only for manufacturer defects.

Examples include:

  • Parts and accessories
  • Gear and hardware
  • Non-powered tools and components

These returns apply strictly to defects in materials or workmanship and do not include buyer’s remorse or normal wear.


Case-by-Case Return Approval

All returns and warranty claims are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Return authorization is required before any product is sent back to our warehouse.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Products must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid.
  • COD or collect shipments will be refused.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be in original packaging when possible
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Product must not be altered or disassembled
  • Proof of purchase is required

DMA-inc reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Inspection & Resolution

Once received, all returns are inspected.

If approved, resolution may include:

  • Replacement of the same item (if available)
  • Repair (when applicable)
  • Credit to the customer’s account
  • Refund at DMA-inc’s discretion

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or closeout items
  • Custom or special-order products

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

To start a return or warranty request, contact us with:

  • Company name
  • Order number / invoice number
  • Product SKU and description
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
