At DMA Inc., we understand that dependable shipping is important to your business. Our warehouse team works to process orders accurately, protect products during transit, and provide tracking information once an order leaves our facility.
Shipping Carriers
UPS
DMA Inc. primarily ships orders through UPS.
FedEx by Request
FedEx shipping may be available upon request. Please note your carrier preference when placing your order or contact our sales team before the order is processed.
Carrier requests are honored whenever possible but may depend on carrier availability, destination coverage, package size, and product restrictions.
Our Shipping Approach
DMA Inc. selects shipping methods based on:
- Carrier reliability
- Transit consistency
- Package size and weight
- Product protection
- Destination coverage
We do not select shipping services based solely on the lowest available cost. Our priority is choosing a dependable shipping method that helps products arrive safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 48 hours.
Weekend days are excluded from the processing window. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Complete upper orders may require additional processing time because they are assembled in-house. Production and shipping timelines may vary based on the selected configuration and current production volume.
Customers purchasing complete uppers should contact their customer service representative for an estimated production and shipping timeline.
Tracking information will be provided once an order leaves our warehouse.
Backordered Products
Product availability may change due to market conditions, supplier delays, or discontinued merchandise.
Items that are unavailable at the time of fulfillment may be marked as backordered on the final invoice. Customers will not be charged for products that are not shipped.
Backordered products are not automatically shipped when they return to stock. Customers interested in an unavailable product should contact their customer service representative to discuss availability or possible preorder arrangements.
Shipping Destinations
DMA Inc. currently ships to addresses within the United States and its territories, where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories may require additional transit time and shipping costs.
International shipping requests for non-regulated products may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All international shipments are subject to applicable export laws, product restrictions, documentation requirements, and approval by DMA Inc.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are determined by:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected carrier
- Service level
- Oversized packaging requirements
- Additional delivery services
DMA Inc. charges a $3.00 handling fee on each order.
Shipping and handling charges will appear on the customer’s invoice or order confirmation unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Freight Shipping
Large, heavy, or palletized orders may require less-than-truckload freight shipping.
Freight Carrier Selection
DMA Inc. will select a reliable freight carrier based on the shipment’s size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.
Customers may also request freight shipping for an order that does not otherwise require it.
Freight Payment
All freight charges must be paid in full before the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Freight costs will be quoted and approved before the order is dispatched.
Freight Delivery Information
Freight shipments are generally delivered curbside unless additional services are arranged in advance.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Liftgate service
- Residential delivery
- Inside delivery
- Limited-access locations
- Scheduled delivery appointments
Customers should inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage or missing merchandise should be documented on the bill of lading before the delivery is accepted.
Customer-Arranged Freight
Customers who prefer to use their own freight carrier or shipping account must contact DMA Inc. before the order is processed.
All customer-arranged freight shipments must be approved and coordinated with our warehouse team in advance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate carrier information, billing details, pickup instructions, and shipping documents.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted by federal, state, or local laws.
Customers are responsible for confirming that all products ordered are legal to receive, possess, resell, and use within their jurisdiction.
DMA Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any shipment necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or company policies.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all packages immediately after delivery.
Shipping damage must be reported to DMA Inc. within 72 hours of receiving the order.
When reporting damage, please provide:
- The order or invoice number
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping carton
- Photographs of the shipping label
- A description of the damage
Customers should retain all products, packaging materials, and shipping cartons until the carrier claim has been resolved.
DMA Inc. will work with the carrier to begin the claims process. Approved claims will be issued as an account credit after the carrier approves the claim.
Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates that a shipment may be delayed or lost, contact DMA Inc. as soon as possible.
DMA Inc. will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and begin a claim when appropriate. Carrier investigations and claim processing times are controlled by the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to shipments refused by the recipient. Customers are also responsible for freight charges, return shipping charges, address-correction fees, and other costs caused by refused shipments or inaccurate shipping information.
