At DMA-inc, we keep our payment process simple and secure to ensure fast order processing and reliable fulfillment for our wholesale partners.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
Debit & Credit Cards
We accept most major cards, including:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Card payments are processed securely through our approved payment processors at the time of order.
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are accepted for approved orders.
Important Wire Transfer Terms:
- Wire payment details will be provided on your invoice.
- Orders paid by wire transfer will be released for shipment only after funds have cleared our bank.
- Customers are responsible for any wire or bank fees charged by their financial institution.
Payment Timing
- All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
- Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.
This applies to all customers, including established accounts.
No NET Terms
At this time, DMA-inc does not offer NET terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.).
All purchases are strictly prepaid via credit/debit card or wire transfer.
Payment Security
We take payment security seriously. Card information is handled only by secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. DMA-inc does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Invoices & Receipts
- An invoice or order confirmation will be provided for every purchase.
- Receipts are sent by email once payment is completed.
Please retain all records for your accounting and reference.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails:
- The order will be placed on hold.
- Our team may contact you to resolve the issue.
- Orders not resolved within a reasonable time may be canceled.
