Shipping Carriers
Standard Carrier:
We primarily ship all orders via UPS.
FedEx by Request:
If you prefer FedEx, we are happy to accommodate upon request. Please note your preference when placing your order or contact our sales team before fulfillment.
Carrier requests are honored whenever possible but may be subject to availability and destination coverage.
Our Shipping Philosophy
DMA-inc selects shipping methods based on:
- Reliability
- Transit consistency
- Package safety
We do not choose carriers or services based solely on the lowest cost. Our priority is ensuring your products arrive on time and in good condition, helping you serve your customers without delays or damage.
Order Processing Time
- Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Backordered items will ship once inventory becomes available.
You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional time and cost.
International shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis for non-regulated items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Carrier and service level
All shipping charges will be shown on your invoice or order confirmation unless otherwise arranged.
Freight Shipping (LTL / Palletized Orders)
Large or heavy orders may require freight shipping.
Freight Options:
- DMA-inc will select a reliable freight carrier to ensure safe delivery.
- Customers may request freight shipping even if not required by size or weight.
Payment Terms:
- All freight charges must be paid in full before shipment leaves our warehouse.
- Freight costs will be quoted and approved prior to dispatch.
Important Freight Notes:
- Freight shipments are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.
- Liftgate service, residential delivery, or appointments may incur additional charges.
- Please inspect all freight deliveries upon arrival and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing.
Customer-Arranged Freight
If you prefer to use your own freight carrier or account:
- Please notify us before placing your order.
- All arrangements must be approved and coordinated with our warehouse team in advance.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted based on federal, state, or local regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products ordered are legal to receive and sell in their jurisdiction.
DMA-inc reserves the right to cancel or modify shipments to remain compliant with applicable laws.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
